We provide the support and facilities the NHS needs for first class research that results in high-quality care for patients and the public. All our infrastructure supports collaborations with Industry. Key facilities include:

The NIHR is creating a new Office for Clinical Research Infrastructure (NOCRI) to facilitate collaborations between NIHR-funded infrastructure and funders of research, including industry. NOCRI is expected to be established by December 2009. Further details are available on the NOCRI implementation plan.
