The conference provides an opportunity each year for medical academics from across the UK to meet together to discuss key issues, share experiences and set priorities for the Medical Academic Staff Committee (MASC) for the coming year. Any doctor employed at a higher education institution or other institution engaged in medical research, as well as pharmaceutical physicians, may attend the conference. Reasonable expenses will be covered for all representatives.
