The NIHR support trainees on their research journeys by hosting a range of training courses and workshops to support career development.
If you have an idea for a workshop that you would like to see the NIHR host, we would be delighted to hear about it. Please contact us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Alternatively, you may like to hold your own workshop for the benefit of other NIHR trainees and we may be able to provide support. Perhaps you need help getting the workshop off the ground or we could help to promote the event for you by circulating it to relevant groups of NIHR trainees. Please tell us about your idea and how you think we may be able to help you by emailing email@example.com
A member of the team will then send you a form to complete.

Trainees annual meeting
The NIHR Trainees Coordinating Centre runs an annual two-day national trainee meeting for all NIHR funded trainees.
The event allows trainees to present posters of their work, to network and meet other trainees, to share experiences, take part in workshops and learn more about the NIHR. The meeting also includes inspirational presentations from senior NIHR Health Researchers.
Places include the provision of overnight accommodation (if needed), training sessions and all meals. Unfortunately the event does not cover individual trainee expenses (eg. travel to and from the event or childcare)
