If you are having trouble logging on to the Portal, please make sure you are using your correct username and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset. Note: the new password link will be sent to the email address that is registered against your name.

If you continue to have problems logging on or have other problems, please initially contact your site administrator.

If your network site administrator cannot solve your problem, you will be directed to the NIHR Portal Helpdesk.

When contacting the helpdesk for support please make sure you are as concise and accurate about the nature of your problem, because this will help the support analyst to solve your problem.

So we can get back to you sooner, it is important that you use the same email address that is recorded against your Portal account as this will be used to send you a password reset link, information about how your problem is being resolved and other information about SharePoint or Portal activity including 'How To….' documents.
