Anthea Mould is Director for Workforce, Learning and Organisational Development (interim) at the NIHR Clinical Research Network. Spending more than 15 years as a practicing clinical pharmacist in Hospital, Industry and Community settings before moving into a variety of senior roles predominantly in health and research, Anthea has many years experience of senior leadership in healthcare with qualifications from Wales, Durham and Sussex and is a certified Organisation Development Practitioner.
Anthea is passionate about people being an organisation’s most important resource, particularly in today's volatile and uncertain world. Developing leadership along with Innovation and Improvement in healthcare have been a continued thread through Anthea’s work in translating change at scale into deliverable actions and impact.
Providing leadership for the communities of professional practice remains a priority and she sponsors or leads a wide range of projects and development initiatives to encourage professionals in stepping forward and being more visible to enable research to be within the reach of all.
