Which research training programme is right for you?
We offer 2 training programmes for doctors and dentists:
- Integrated Academic Training (IAT) Programme This scheme supports doctors and dentists to gain research experience as part of their clinical training. We offer 2 awards through the IAT Programme:
- Fellowships Programme This scheme offers funding for doctors and dentists at doctoral and postdoctoral level, with flexibility for clinical time:
If you are a doctor or a dentist, you can apply to our In-Practice Fellowship (IP). This award funds Masters-level training for GPs and dentists in clinical practice. The IP is open to health and care professionals working in a primary care setting.
