Student engagement event: 'is a career in research for me?'

Are you interested in a career in health and social care research? Join us on the 23 January at the Trent Conference Centre to learn about the range of research career options, and find out about the opportunities available to help you take the next step. 

At the event you will: 

• attend plenary talks and interactive workshops designed to help you learn about the different kinds of research careers and what opportunities are available
• have access to an event page with wider resources and information from the day 
• have the opportunity to network with other delegates and researchers, as well as visit a variety of  exhibition stalls 

This event is open to any health and social care students and recent graduates in the East Midlands region (Derby and Derbyshire; Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland; Lincolnshire; Northamptonshire; Nottingham and Nottinghamshire) who are curious about research. Keep an eye out for upcoming virtual events open to registrants across the UK. 

We will be offering travel reimbursement of up to £70 per attendee and a claims form will be provided to all delegates who attend the event.
