Workshop: Building change readiness through values

Date

22 March 2022

Time

10:30 to 12:00

Location

Online

Personal values can be described as guiding principles that serve to help us navigate through our lives. Values tell us what is important to us; what we place ‘value’ on when interacting with others, and what gives us a sense of grounding when we are experiencing change.

Join our 90 min interactive virtual workshop to take part in discussions and breakout sessions to explore:

  • The benefits of using your values to help you navigate change
  • Learn how to identify your values and how to check in on them
  • Think about how your values can encourage confidence and momentum to navigate change successfully

To indicate your interest in attending this virtual workshop, please submit an expression of interest form by 12 midday on Friday 18th March. If selected, selected you will receive confirmation of your place by close of business on Friday 18 March.

Please note that places are limited to 16 participants per event. As we expect a high level of demand, places will be allocated to ensure a fair representation across the NIHR leaders community and prioritising those who have not participated in the programme previously.

Please save the date in your diary. As we expect a high level of demand, if you have confirmed attendance, and find that you are unable to attend, please give us as much notice as possible so that we can invite others on our waiting list.
