Excellence in research requires effective collaboration and when working with a diverse group, we often face challenges in managing individual needs and priorities to achieve our collective outcomes. Remote and virtual working adds a new level of complexity to this challenge.
Join our 3-hour interactive virtual workshop to take part in discussions and breakout sessions to explore how you can create deeper levels of trust remotely and manage conflict productively to collaborate effectively.
In this session you will:
- Explore a cohesive collaboration framework – focusing on trust and healthy conflict
- Consider how you build trust within remote and hybrid groups to maintain focus on the collective objectives
- Identify how we are motivated and how that can help you to communicate more effectively
By the end of the session, you will have developed a personal action plan to address your current collaboration challenges and help you to develop trust and manage conflict more effectively.
