The query resolution pathway is an interactive tool for the life-sciences industry to use which clearly defines the route to take to escalate any study or process related queries to the local or national industry teams.

NB: It is expected that each sponsor/ CRO will also have their own internal escalation processes.

 

Study wide queries - contact the National Industry Lead for the study directly

National process related queries - contact the National Industry contact centre at crncc.support@nihr.ac.uk 

Site specific queries - contact the Local Clinical Research Network where the site is located. You can find out which Local Clinical Research Network covers your site using our postcode search tool.
