PCAF candidates may:

  • have little formal academic training/ research experience or
  • have completed some Masters level training or
  • have completed a Masters level qualification or
  • require Masters level training/ a full Masters

However, all applicants must be committed to a career as a practitioner academic.

The PCAF scheme offers two distinct funding offers, which follow the same application process. You will be asked to specify which funding stream you would like to apply for.
