Describe your idea. A question which can be researched needs to be specific, tell us what existing product or procedure needs to be evaluated.
Is there a particular group of people for this test? Such as pregnant women, children with allergies, older men or the general public?
Is it about quality of life or length of life? Will it save time or money?
Have you had any input or influence from other patients, carers or members of public when creating your suggestion?

Please describe the patient group(s), people, population or communities that this research would be for.

The definition of intervention is very broad and can range from:

  • Interventions to improve health and social care and prevent disease, the use of a diagnostic test or questionnaire, drug treatments, devices, surgical techniques, physical or talking therapies, settings of care and screening
     
  • Wider public health and social care interventions and services e.g. reducing transport injuries related to children and young people
     
  • Interventions to improve the quality of health and social care services, how effective they are and how easy they are for people to access
