Clinical research takes place in all hospital Trusts across our region and patient and public involvement is key to all the research that takes place. It is because of people like you, who get involved in clinical research, that we are continuously improving research and healthcare in the North East and North Cumbria.

There are lots of different ways that you can be involved in clinical research trials. You may wish to be a participant in a study, be a part of a steering group or simply help us to share research findings.
