2019 NIHR ACF Recruitment
Each NIHR ACF post may be advertised in up to three GMC specialties and at multiple specialty training levels.
Recruitment to all ACF posts needs to adhere to the 2019 guidance. This document sets out the broad framework regarding the eligibility for ACFs; however, organisational partnerships will identify at what level or levels each ACF is being offered.
Recruitment is managed by HEE local offices using National Guidance and the National Application Form on Oriel.
Round 1 of 2019 ACF Recruitment has now closed. The readvertisment round opened on 21 January 2019. The list of available posts can be found here.

The NIHR Research Themes and proposed research associated with the 2019 NIHR ACF competition posts must be clearly described in the competition post advertisements,with plain English summaries.
