Nicola Melody is Director of Strategic Operations at the NIHR Coordinating Centre.

Nicola shares the strategic oversight for the NIHR Academy. She also oversees business support including:

  • finance and contracts
  • information services
  • systems and communications
  • engagement and career support for members of the NIHR Academy.

Nicola has worked across a number of functions at NIHR, and has a background in higher education and research management.
