  • type 1 diabetes
  • prevention and treatment of the complications of diabetes
  • gestational diabetes
  • multiple long-term conditions
  • moving research findings into practice
  • addressing health inequalities in diabetes

We oversee a wide range of studies. These include:

  • single-centre, multi-centre, early stage, observational studies
  • randomised controlled trials of medical, surgical interventions and medical technology
