- inflammatory bowel diseases such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis
- functional gastrointestinal disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome
- coeliac disease
- gastrointestinal infections
- disorders of the oesophagus
- gastrointestinal emergencies including bleeding
- developments in diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy
We oversee a wide range of studies. These include:
- single-centre, multi-centre, early stage, observational studies
- randomised controlled trials of medical, surgical interventions and medical technology
