Professor David Abbott
Professor David Abbott is Chair of the NIHR Research for Social Care Committee.
David is a Professor of Social Policy in the School for Policy Studies at the University of Bristol where he is also an Associate Director for the NIHR School for Social Care Research. His research and teaching has focused on the lives of disabled children, young people, adults, their families, allies and associated health, education and social care services.
