Discussion of Applications

60 applications were received for Round 9 of the NIHR Advanced Fellowship and 58 of these proved eligible for assessment by the NIHR selection committee.

Shortlisting took place on 5th May 2023. The selection committee shortlisted 25 Advanced Fellowships for interview: one applicant withdrew, so that left 24 applicants to interview. Applicants were interviewed over two days on 14th and 15th June 2023.
