Put simply purpose at work is “why” you do what you do and can be described as the desire to do things in service of something larger than ourselves. People intrinsically want to do things that matter and as most of us spend more than half our lives at work, we want that time to matter. When working through volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity then we can often lose sight of our why.
Join our 90 min interactive virtual workshop to take part in discussions and breakout sessions to explore:
- The benefits of identifying and working with purpose.
- Introduction to a holistic tool to help you discover your purpose.
- Share a useful check in approach to see how well you are aligning your work to your purpose in uncertain times.
