Request an extension of an open access funding period

This form is for requests related to the NIHR Open Access policy and funding guidance. Open Access funds will remain available to cover the open access costs of publications in scope of the policy for up to two years after the contract completion date.  This form should be used by NIHR award holders to request an extension to the period of time open access funds can be accessed for following award closure. Please note requests can be made for a maximum period of five years post contract completion date. This application relates to proposed Open Access publications arising from research supported by the NIHR research contract referenced above. It cannot be used to support other publications.
