100 applications were received before the closing date of 17th December 2019 and 92 of these proved eligible for assessment by the NIHR selection committee.
Shortlisting took place on the 19th March 2020 The selection committee shortlisted 46 DFs for interview. 8 applicants withdrew from the DF competition prior to interview so 38 applicants were interviewed between 8th and 9th of September 2020.
